IEP is preparing to launch the IEP Project Collaboration Cloud Platform for Chinese-language clients. The platform will serve as an integrated digital tool for client services, project collaboration, fee management, and delivery confirmation, designed to improve communication efficiency, process transparency, and the overall client experience in international publishing and distribution projects \u2014 while providing digital support for IEP’s ongoing International Knowledge Asset Services and its International Co-Publishing Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IEP \u9879\u76ee\u534f\u4f5c\u4e91\u5e73\u53f0\u5c06\u56f4\u7ed5\u5ba2\u6237\u4ece\u54a8\u8be2\u3001\u65b9\u6848\u786e\u8ba4\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u534f\u8bae\u3001\u8d39\u7528\u652f\u4ed8\u3001\u9879\u76ee\u63a8\u8fdb\u3001\u4ea4\u4ed8\u786e\u8ba4\u3001\u7248\u7a0e\u7ed3\u7b97\u5230\u540e\u7eed\u6570\u636e\u53cd\u9988\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u670d\u52a1\u6d41\u7a0b\u8fdb\u884c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u5ba2\u6237\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u5e73\u53f0\u67e5\u770b\u9879\u76ee\u8fdb\u5ea6\u3001\u4ed8\u6b3e\u72b6\u6001\u3001\u53d1\u7968\u4fe1\u606f\u53ca\u5173\u952e\u4ea4\u4ed8\u8282\u70b9\uff1b\u4f5c\u8005\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u5e73\u53f0\u76f4\u63a5\u67e5\u9605\u9500\u91cf\u3001\u7ed3\u7b97\u7248\u7a0e\uff1b\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u4e5f\u53ef\u5728\u6388\u6743\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u67e5\u770b\u5176\u63a8\u8350\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u8fdb\u5c55\u4e0e\u7ed3\u7b97\u72b6\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The platform will be designed around the client’s complete service journey \u2014 from initial consultation, proposal confirmation, and service agreement, through payment, project execution, delivery confirmation, and royalty settlement, to follow-up data feedback. Clients will be able to view project progress, payment status, invoice information, and key delivery milestones through the platform; authors will be able to check sales figures and settle royalties directly; and partners, within their authorized scope, will be able to track the service progress and settlement status of the projects they have referred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The needs of our Chinese-language content service clients are becoming increasingly diverse. Whether independent authors, professionals, universities and research institutions, small and mid-sized publishers, or corporate brand projects, clients expect clearer processes, more timely feedback, and more standardized delivery records throughout the service. The IEP Project Collaboration Cloud Platform was developed precisely in response to this need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5c24\u5176\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u51fa\u7248\u8fd9\u4e00\u94fe\u6761\u8f83\u957f\u3001\u8de8\u8d8a\u591a\u8bed\u79cd\u4e0e\u591a\u5730\u6e20\u9053\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u4e2d\uff0c\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u53ef\u89c6\u5316\u4e0e\u8282\u70b9\u7684\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u5173\u7cfb\u5230\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\u611f\u3002\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u521d\u8877\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u628a\u539f\u672c\u5206\u6563\u3001\u9700\u8981\u53cd\u590d\u6c9f\u901a\u786e\u8ba4\u7684\u73af\u8282\uff0c\u6536\u62e2\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5ba2\u6237\u968f\u65f6\u53ef\u67e5\u7684\u7edf\u4e00\u754c\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The platform was conceived precisely to consolidate what were once scattered steps requiring repeated rounds of confirmation into a single, unified interface that clients can consult at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notably, the IEP Project Collaboration Cloud Platform is not a standalone tool; it connects closely with the International Knowledge Asset Services that IEP has recently been advancing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For corporate and institutional clients, international publishing is evolving from the traditional act of “publishing a book” into “building a knowledge asset that can be searched and cited over the long term.” IEP’s International Knowledge Asset Services help enterprises transform their core knowledge \u2014 innovative technologies, management experience, industry insights \u2014 into structured, multilingual, formally published works that enter the global publishing and library systems, thereby establishing verifiable knowledge coordinates within the international information ecosystem. Projects of this kind typically involve more stages, longer timelines, and more complex deliverables \u2014 which is exactly why they need a clear collaboration platform to synchronize progress and confirm results. The platform’s project management, delivery confirmation, and data feedback functions are designed specifically for such knowledge asset projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting the Rollout of the International Co-Publishing Program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5e73\u53f0\u4e5f\u5c06\u670d\u52a1\u4e8e IEP \u6b63\u5728\u7b79\u5212\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u8054\u5408\u51fa\u7248\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7 IEP \u7684\u5168\u7403\u51fa\u7248\u7f51\u7edc\u4e0e\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u66f4\u591a\u4f18\u79c0\u7684\u4e2d\u6587\u4f5c\u54c1\u3001\u5b66\u672f\u6210\u679c\u4e0e\u4f01\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u4ee5\u8054\u5408\u51fa\u7248\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u5165\u56fd\u9645\u4e3b\u6d41\u6e20\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the platform will also serve the International Co-Publishing Program that IEP is currently planning. Through IEP’s global publishing network and partner system, the program aims to help more outstanding Chinese-language works, academic achievements, and corporate knowledge enter mainstream international channels through co-publishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its first phase, the platform will focus on building core functions including client project management, service process synchronization, online QR-code payment, electronic invoice requests, file transfer records, delivery confirmation, data feedback, sales and royalty settlement, and partner management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To keep its service boundaries clearly defined, the Chinese-language platform will be used primarily for client project collaboration and service process management. It will not provide any public-facing content publishing, reading, distribution, downloading, or transaction services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u8ba9\u5ba2\u6237\u66f4\u6e05\u695a\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u670d\u52a1\u8282\u70b9\uff0c\u4e5f\u8ba9\u56e2\u961f\u5185\u90e8\u4e0e\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u534f\u4f5c\u66f4\u52a0\u9ad8\u6548\u3002IEP \u9879\u76ee\u534f\u4f5c\u4e91\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u516c\u5f00\u5185\u5bb9\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u9762\u5411\u5ba2\u6237\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u7684\u79c1\u6709\u670d\u52a1\u534f\u4f5c\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u5728\u4e8e\u8ba9\u56fd\u9645\u77e5\u8bc6\u670d\u52a1\u8fd9\u4ef6\u76f8\u5bf9\u590d\u6742\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u53d8\u5f97\u53ef\u89c1\u3001\u53ef\u63a7\u3001\u53ef\u4fe1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through digitalization, we hope to give clients a clearer view of every service milestone, and to make collaboration within our team and with partners more efficient. The IEP Project Collaboration Cloud Platform is not a public content platform, but a private service collaboration system for clients and partners. Its significance lies in making the relatively complex business of international knowledge services visible, controllable, and trustworthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
