IEP正在筹备推出面向中文客户的 IEP 项目协作云平台。该平台将作为客户服务、项目协作、费用管理与交付确认的一体化数字工具，旨在提升客户在国际出版发行项目中的沟通效率、流程透明度与整体体验，并为 IEP 正在推进的国际知识资产服务与国际联合出版计划提供数字化支撑。
IEP is preparing to launch the IEP Project Collaboration Cloud Platform for Chinese-language clients. The platform will serve as an integrated digital tool for client services, project collaboration, fee management, and delivery confirmation, designed to improve communication efficiency, process transparency, and the overall client experience in international publishing and distribution projects — while providing digital support for IEP’s ongoing International Knowledge Asset Services and its International Co-Publishing Program.
IEP 项目协作云平台将围绕客户从咨询、方案确认、服务协议、费用支付、项目推进、交付确认、版税结算到后续数据反馈的完整服务流程进行设计。客户可通过平台查看项目进度、付款状态、发票信息及关键交付节点；作者可通过平台直接查阅销量、结算版税；合作伙伴也可在授权范围内，查看其推荐项目的服务进展与结算状态。
The platform will be designed around the client’s complete service journey — from initial consultation, proposal confirmation, and service agreement, through payment, project execution, delivery confirmation, and royalty settlement, to follow-up data feedback. Clients will be able to view project progress, payment status, invoice information, and key delivery milestones through the platform; authors will be able to check sales figures and settle royalties directly; and partners, within their authorized scope, will be able to track the service progress and settlement status of the projects they have referred.

At the same time, the platform will also serve the International Co-Publishing Program that IEP is currently planning. Through IEP’s global publishing network and partner system, the program aims to help more outstanding Chinese-language works, academic achievements, and corporate knowledge enter mainstream international channels through co-publishing.

平台首阶段计划重点建设客户项目管理、服务流程同步、在线扫码支付、电子发票申请、文件收发记录、交付确认、数据反馈、销量与版税结算及合作伙伴管理等功能。
In its first phase, the platform will focus on building core functions including client project management, service process synchronization, online QR-code payment, electronic invoice requests, file transfer records, delivery confirmation, data feedback, sales and royalty settlement, and partner management.
为保障服务边界清晰，中文平台将主要用于客户项目协作与服务流程管理，不提供面向公众的内容发布、阅读、传播、下载或交易服务。
To keep its service boundaries clearly defined, the Chinese-language platform will be used primarily for client project collaboration and service process management. It will not provide any public-facing content publishing, reading, distribution, downloading, or transaction services.

未来，IEP 项目协作云平台将逐步完善支付确认、电子发票、客户通知、项目报表和合作伙伴结算等功能，进一步提升中文客户在国际内容服务过程中的便捷性与信任感，也为国际知识资产服务与国际联合出版计划提供持续的数字化支撑。
Going forward, the platform will progressively refine functions such as payment confirmation, electronic invoicing, client notifications, project reporting, and partner settlement — further enhancing convenience and trust for Chinese-language clients throughout the international content service process, and providing sustained digital support for the International Knowledge Asset Services and the International Co-Publishing Program.
我们的平台目前处于规划与开发准备阶段，后续将根据客户需求逐步开放试用。
The platform is currently in the planning and development-preparation stage; trial access will open gradually in response to client needs.
