IATDD’s evaluations, honours and talent recommendations are entirely independent of any publishing decision: publishing with IEP is neither a condition for nor a result of receiving an IATDD honour, and IATDD does not sell any title or certificate.

IATDD & IEP

International Academy for Talent Discovery and Development (IATDD) and Innovation Era Press (IEP) work together in a pro bono partnership: IATDD is a non-profit association registered in France, and IEP is an international publisher registered in the United States.

IATDD was founded in October 2026 under the French law of 1901 on associations. Its registered name in France is Académie Internationale pour la Découverte et le Développement des Talents (AIDDT), and its number in the French National Register of Associations (RNA) is W922023771. IATDD is dedicated to discovering and supporting outstanding writers, artists, researchers and innovators, and to helping their work travel and reach audiences across regions and languages. It recommends talent free of charge to international organizations, organizes international forums, and promotes road safety and sustainable mobility worldwide.

Founded in Boston in May 2026, IEP operates as a traditional publisher and publishes and distributes works at no cost to authors: IEP bears the publishing risk and pays authors royalties as agreed in their contracts. IEP also offers authors commissioned services such as translation, editing and design. IEP publishes under the ISBN prefix 979-8-950761; all of its titles are registered with the Library of Congress (LCCN and CIP data) and are distributed through major online and brick-and-mortar retailers worldwide. IEP helps Chinese authors publish and distribute their work globally in Chinese, English, Spanish and French, and brings authors from around the world to Chinese-language readers, connecting authors and readers across cultures, languages and borders.
