作者：刘干，本书由I-ROAD Technology Company 资助出版，技术与产品资料同步开放 9月16日，Innovation Era Press IEP（创新时代出版社）推出《驾路协同》让道路成为能动主体Buy Now，英文书名为 Driver–Road Cooperation: Engineering the Active Road — Traffic Control Devices, Networks, and Data。作者刘干，英文译著者刘雨轩。全书共十三章，另有序、后记与致谢，中文约12.3万字，中文版于9月16日在海外首次出版发行，英文、法文版将于近期另行上架。《驾路协同》简介在当今世界，道路交通死亡是极少数长期被容忍、甚至被视作经济发展“必然代价”的非自然死亡最大规模之一。数十年来，传统智能交通系统（ITS）与新兴车路协同（V2X）路线普遍陷入一种技术误区：一方面将道路基础设施定义定性为被动、静态的物理载体；另一方面将全部安全功能押注在并不稳定的无线通信信道上，并寄望于自动驾驶完全替代人工驾驶。《驾路协同：让道路成为能动主体》中，作者站在全球视角反复论证道路基础设施理应成为交通安全主体，技术理应接得住功能与责任。本书指出，在开放的道路生态中，基础设施绝不能继续充当“沉默的哑巴”，而必须成为能感知、会表达、可追责的主动安全“能动主体”。基于对英联邦、美、欧、中、日等多国交通工程制度与法理的深度比较，作者揭示了车路协同（V2X）方案的根本缺陷：全球绝大多数致命事故发生在车辆冲出路外、涉酒驾驶，以及行人、骑行者等弱势群体身上，他们身上没有任何通信终端。一套以携带终端为受益前提的系统，从设计之初就将最需要保护的生命排除在外。为此，本书提出了一套基于人工驾驶长期存在、自动驾驶混行于开放道路生态，兼具工程落地性与经济合理性的替代方案——“驾路协同”（DRC）。坚持“物理技术先行，数字技术叠加”的底线思维，系统构建了“平台、节点、设施、终端”四层开放架构。通过将传统交通标志、标线和信号灯升级为主动被看见、功能化设备且状态可验证的数字产品，道路得以直接向人眼视线发布指令，为自动驾驶接入道路信息提供便利，并在断网断电时安全退化，绝不形成系统级盲区。更为关键的是，本书打通了工程技术与侵权归责体系，证明可被调取的设施运行数据将从根本上重塑司法举证责任，把长期强加给驾驶人的“道路原罪”剥离出来。本书论述扎实、见解独到且饱含人道关怀，为全球交通工程师、城市规划师、决策者及法律从业者提供了一份兼顾生命安全与系统效能的全新必读路线图。出版信息中文版 ISBN 979-8-950761-23-2，开本 6×9 英寸。阅读联系邮箱 : casey.l@iroadtraffic.com，技术与产品支持 www.iroadtraffic.com
