The International Academy for Talent Discovery and Development (IATDD) is a non-profit association founded under the French law of 1901 on associations. The Academy is dedicated to discovering and supporting outstanding talent in literature, the arts, science, technology and innovation, to fostering exchange and dissemination across regions and languages, and to promoting road safety and sustainable mobility worldwide.
We are now recruiting volunteers and members from around the world and warmly invite you to join us.
1. Volunteers
Who we are looking for
1. People with bilingual translation skills, such as Chinese–French, Chinese–English or Chinese–Japanese;
2. People qualified to train or teach in literature, music, dance, painting and related fields;
3. Other skilled people who meet the Academy’s needs.
What volunteers do
Volunteers take part in the Academy’s cultural exchanges, study visits, mentoring of talents, translation, training and other volunteer activities.
What we offer volunteers
1. Volunteering is voluntary and unpaid; travel, accommodation, meal and similar expenses actually incurred for an assignment and approved in advance by the Academy are reimbursed against receipts;
2. The Academy takes out appropriate insurance for volunteer activities;
3. Volunteers may also register as volunteer members, free of charge.
2. Members
Membership categories
Annual members, ten-year members, volunteer members and Fellow members. Fee rates and exemptions are set out in the Membership and Volunteer Rules.
The Academy may, upon request, reduce or waive the fee for students, people in financial difficulty, and applicants from low-income countries and regions.
Member benefits
Guidance on academic, creative, publishing and international exchange matters; priority registration for Academy activities; discounts on forums, exhibitions and other events; the members’ newsletter; and, subject to review, the presentation of members’ works on the Academy’s website.
Please note
Membership and payment of fees have no bearing on any honorary title, award or talent recommendation. Talent recommendation is a public-interest activity of the Academy and is always free of charge.
3. Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, support the Academy’s purpose and be able to provide representative works or proof of relevant qualifications (no academic degree is required).
4. How to apply

2. Download and complete the Membership Application Form or the Volunteer Application Form, sign it, and send it with your CV, work samples or proof of qualifications and a copy of your identity document to: liugan995@gmail.com;
3. The Academy’s Bureau will, as a rule, reply within 30 days of receiving a complete application.

国际人才发现与发展学院（IATDD）志愿者与会员招募公告
国际人才发现与发展学院（International Academy for Talent Discovery and Development，简称 IATDD）是依据法国1901年结社法设立的非营利协会，法国注册名称为 Académie Internationale pour la Découverte et le Développement des Talents（AIDDT），全国协会名录（RNA）编号 W922023771。学院致力于发现和支持文学、艺术、科技与创新等领域的优秀人才，推动跨地域、跨语言的交流与传播，并在全球范围内推动道路交通安全与可持续出行。
现面向全球招募志愿者与会员，诚邀有志之士加入。
一、志愿者招募
（一）招募对象
1. 具有中法、中英、中日等双语翻译能力的人才；
2. 在文学、音乐、舞蹈、绘画等领域具备培训或教学水平的人才；
3. 其他符合学院需要的技能型人才。
（二）服务内容
参与学院组织的文化交流、考察活动、人才指导、翻译及培训等志愿服务。
（三）志愿者保障
1. 志愿服务为自愿、无偿性质；经学院事先批准、因服务实际发生的交通、住宿、餐饮等费用，凭票报销；
2. 学院为志愿活动购买相应保险；
3. 志愿者可同时登记为志愿者会员，免交会费。
二、会员招募
（一）会员类别
普通会员、长期会员（10年）、志愿者会员、会士类会员。会费标准及免交条件，详见《会员与志愿者管理规则》。
对学生、经济困难者或来自低收入国家和地区的申请人，学院可应申请减免会费。
（二）会员权益
学术、创作、出版与国际交流方面的咨询指导；学院活动优先报名；论坛、展览等活动优惠；会员通讯；经审核后在学院官网展示作品。
（三）特别说明
入会及缴纳会费与获得任何荣誉称号、奖项或人才推荐无关。人才推荐是学院的公益活动，不收取任何费用。
三、申请条件
年满18周岁，认同学院宗旨，能够提供代表作品或相关资质证明（不设学历学位限制）。
四、申请方式
1. 下载并阅读本文底部的《会员与志愿者管理规则》；
2. 下载并填写《会员入会申请表》或《志愿者申请表》，签名后连同个人履历、作品样本或资质证明、身份证件复印件，发送至学院邮箱：liugan995@gmail.com；
3. 学院执行局原则上在收到完整材料后30日内答复。

1. Bénévoles
Profils recherchés
1. Personnes disposant de compétences de traduction bilingues, notamment chinois-français, chinois-anglais ou chinois-japonais ;
2. Personnes ayant le niveau requis pour former ou enseigner en littérature, musique, danse, peinture et domaines voisins ;
3. Autres profils qualifiés répondant aux besoins de l’Académie.
Missions
Les bénévoles participent aux échanges culturels, visites d’étude, actions d’accompagnement de talents, travaux de traduction, formations et autres actions bénévoles organisés par l’Académie.
Ce que l’Académie offre à ses bénévoles
1. Le bénévolat est volontaire et non rémunéré ; les frais de transport, d’hébergement, de repas et autres réellement engagés pour une mission et préalablement autorisés par l’Académie sont remboursés sur justificatifs ;
2. L’Académie souscrit les assurances appropriées pour les activités bénévoles ;
3. Les bénévoles peuvent également s’inscrire en qualité de membre bénévole, sans cotisation.
2. Membres
Catégories de membres
Membres adhérents annuels, membres adhérents décennaux, membres bénévoles et Fellows. Le montant des cotisations et les cas de dispense sont précisés dans le règlement relatif aux membres et aux bénévoles.
L’Académie peut, sur demande, réduire ou supprimer la cotisation des étudiants, des personnes en difficulté financière et des candidats originaires de pays et régions à faible revenu.
Avantages pour les membres
Conseils dans les domaines académique, de la création, de l’édition et des échanges internationaux ; inscription prioritaire aux activités de l’Académie ; tarifs préférentiels pour les forums, expositions et autres manifestations ; lettre d’information des membres ; présentation des œuvres sur le site de l’Académie, après validation.
À noter
L’adhésion et le paiement de la cotisation sont sans lien avec l’attribution de tout titre honorifique, prix ou recommandation de talents. La recommandation de talents est une activité d’intérêt général de l’Académie et est toujours gratuite.
3. Conditions
Être âgé d’au moins 18 ans, adhérer à l’objet de l’Académie et pouvoir présenter des œuvres représentatives ou des justificatifs de qualification (aucun diplôme universitaire n’est exigé).
4. Modalités de candidature
1. Télécharger et lire le règlement relatif aux membres et aux bénévoles, disponible en bas de page ;
2. Télécharger et remplir le formulaire de demande d’adhésion ou le formulaire de candidature bénévole, le signer et l’envoyer, accompagné d’un CV, d’échantillons d’œuvres ou de justificatifs de qualification et d’une copie d’une pièce d’identité, à l’adresse : liugan995@gmail.com ;
3. Le Bureau de l’Académie répond en principe dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la réception d’un dossier complet.
